L. Markham McHenry, D.O. is board certified in family medicine and in neuromusculoskeletal medicine. He is on the clinical faculty for Scottsdale Healthcare family medicine residency program and an assistant clinical professor at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in the department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. Dr. McHenry serves as a clinical preceptor for the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in the department of family medicine. He is also a faculty advisor and supervisor for H.O.M.E. (Homeless Outreach through Medical Education). |

Charles Finch, D.O. is board certified in emergency medicine. He is the Medical Director for Emergency Medical Services at Scottsdale Healthcare Shea, and Director of Continuing Medical Education. Dr. Finch is an Assistant Clinical Professor and Division Director of Integrative Medicine at Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and a member of the Board of Trustees for the Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. He is the Founder and Camp Director of Camp Paz (www.steppingstonesofhope.org), a non-profit bereavement camp for children between the ages of 6-18 who have experienced the death of a loved one. |

Monica McCullough, RN, BSN is our Director of Clinical Services. Monica works closely with our clinical teams to make sure we keep Sojourn Care’s promise to do what we say we will do, help Sojourn Care remain a place where wonderful people want to work, make sure our patients have what they need, and continue to expand our care to serve the people who need it. Monica comes to us with experience in skilled nursing, operations, assisted living and memory care. She most recently managed assisted living communities for a national provider of services to the elderly.

Carlton A. Richie, III, D.O. is board certified in family practice, osteopathic manipulative therapy and sports medicine. Dr. Richie, serves as adjunct associate professor at Midwestern University and is a board member for the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. He is also the team physician for the Milwaukee Brewers and received the honor of Minor League Physician of the Year. |
